细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（ CIK细胞）被称为自然杀伤T细胞，其杀伤肿瘤的作用不受主要组织相容性复合体的限制，是过继细胞免疫治疗的代表类型。 CIK细胞通过分泌细胞毒颗粒及细胞因子、调节癌基因表达、活化NKG2D受体等发挥抗肿瘤作用。 CIK 细胞联合化疗，不仅可以延长胃癌患者的无病生存期和总生存期，改善生活质量，而且不良反应少，治疗耐受性较好。虽然CIK细胞治疗已经广泛应用于临床，但仍有很多问题需要进一步探讨。

Cytokine-induced killer(CIK) cells are called natural killer T lymphocytes.CIK cells are non-MHC-restricted in target cell killing and have become the representative type of adoptive cellular immu-notherapy.CIK cells can kill tumor cells by secreting cytotoxic granules and cytokines,regulating oncogene expression and activating natural killer group 2 member D receptor.In combination with chemotherapy,CIK cells can not only prolong the disease-free survival and the overall survival in patients with gastric cancer,but also improve the quality of life of these patients.No obviously side effects have been observed and the toler-ance is good.Although CIK cells have been widely used in clinical treatment,there are still many problems to be further discussed.
