糖皮质激素诱导的亮氨酸拉链蛋白(GILZ)广泛地表达于各种细胞及组织中,有助于发挥糖皮质激素的抗炎效应和免疫抑制作用。 GILZ可抑制核因子κB、转录激活因子1及丝裂原活化蛋白激酶的激酶/细胞外信号调节激酶等炎症相关信号通路的活性,对巨噬细胞、树突细胞、内皮细胞、T淋巴细胞等炎性细胞的活性具有抑制作用。在慢性炎症反应中,GILZ的上调可抑制细胞因子和趋化因子的表达、白细胞的聚集和活化,并与类风湿关节炎等自身免疫性疾病密切相关。近年来对GILZ的研究众多,该文对GILZ与炎症反应相关的信号通路、细胞及相关疾病进行综述。

Glucocorticoid induced leucine zipper(GILZ) is widely expressed in various kinds of cells and tissues,and it promotes the anti-inflammatory and immune inhibitory effect of glucocorticoid .GILZ can inhibit the activity of inflammation-related signaling pathways,such as nuclear factor κB,AP-1 and mitogen-activated protein kinases kinases/extracellular regulated protein kinases.Besides,it can interfere with the activity of some inflammatory cells,such as the macrophages,dendritic cells, endothelial cells,T lymphocytes and so on.In chronic inflammation,the up-regulation of GILZ can inhibit the expression of cytokines and che-mokines,as well as the aggregation and activation of leukocyte.Furthermore,it is closely associated with auto-immune diseases,such as rheumatoid arthritis disease.There has been a lot of studies on GILZ in recent years,here is to make a review of the relationship between GILZ and the signal pathways,cells,diseases related with inflammation reactions.
