目的：通过对我院基本药物使用情况的调查及分析，为调整我院药品目录提供依据，促进临床合理用药。方法对2012年和2013年我院基本药物的品种、剂型、规格数量及使用情况进行统计、分析。结果2012年和2013年我院纳入2012年版《国家基本药物目录》药品的品种、剂型、规格数量及使用比例分别为：164％、176％、185％、150．9％，204％、213％、225％、207．3％。结论2013年5月1日2012年版《国家基本药物目录》实施以来，经过采取调整我院药物目录、宣传、培训以及其他措施后，我院基本药物品种数量增加的比例高于剂型、规格数量增加的比例，使用比例也有明显提高，药占比和门诊、住院患者人均费用有所下降。
목적：통과대아원기본약물사용정황적조사급분석，위조정아원약품목록제공의거，촉진림상합리용약。방법대2012년화2013년아원기본약물적품충、제형、규격수량급사용정황진행통계、분석。결과2012년화2013년아원납입2012년판《국가기본약물목록》약품적품충、제형、규격수량급사용비례분별위：164％、176％、185％、150．9％，204％、213％、225％、207．3％。결론2013년5월1일2012년판《국가기본약물목록》실시이래，경과채취조정아원약물목록、선전、배훈이급기타조시후，아원기본약물품충수량증가적비례고우제형、규격수량증가적비례，사용비례야유명현제고，약점비화문진、주원환자인균비용유소하강。
Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the use of essential drugs in our hospital , and provide the basis for the adjustment of the catalogue of drugs in our hospital , and promote rational drug use in the clinic . Methods To statistics and analysis the varieties ,dosage form ,specification and usage of essential drugs in 2012 and 2013 in our hospital . Results In 2012 and 2013 the varieties ,dosage form ,specification number and using proportion of essential drugs in 2012 edition of ?the national essential drug list" were: 164 , 176 , 185 , 15 .09% ;204 , 213 , 225 , 20 .73% in our hospital .Conclusion Since 2012 edition of "?the national essential drug list"implemented on the May 1 , 2013 ,the variety number of essential drugs increased higher than the proportion of dosage form , specification , the using proportion of essential drugs also increased ,ratio of drug income to business income and outpatient ,inpatient cost per capita decreased through adjusting the essential drug list , propagating , training and other measures in our hospital .
