目的:考察锦鸡儿生物活性。方法采用清除DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和FRAP法对锦鸡儿体外总抗氧化活性进行评价,并同时测定了体外α‐葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性和体外抗凝血活性。结果锦鸡儿具有一定的体外抗氧化、抑制α‐葡萄糖苷酶活性和体外抗凝血活性,其中以乙酸乙酯部位抗氧化和抑制α‐葡萄糖苷酶活性最强。结论锦鸡儿具有潜在的抗氧化和抑制α‐葡萄糖苷酶活性。
目的:攷察錦鷄兒生物活性。方法採用清除DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和FRAP法對錦鷄兒體外總抗氧化活性進行評價,併同時測定瞭體外α‐葡萄糖苷酶抑製活性和體外抗凝血活性。結果錦鷄兒具有一定的體外抗氧化、抑製α‐葡萄糖苷酶活性和體外抗凝血活性,其中以乙痠乙酯部位抗氧化和抑製α‐葡萄糖苷酶活性最彊。結論錦鷄兒具有潛在的抗氧化和抑製α‐葡萄糖苷酶活性。
목적:고찰금계인생물활성。방법채용청제DPPH자유기、ABTS자유기화FRAP법대금계인체외총항양화활성진행평개,병동시측정료체외α‐포도당감매억제활성화체외항응혈활성。결과금계인구유일정적체외항양화、억제α‐포도당감매활성화체외항응혈활성,기중이을산을지부위항양화화억제α‐포도당감매활성최강。결론금계인구유잠재적항양화화억제α‐포도당감매활성。
Objective To study the biological activities of Caragana sinica . Methods The total antioxidant activity of Caragana sinica was evaluated by three methods:DPPH radical scavenging , ABTS radical scavenging and FRAP assay ,α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity and anticoagulant activity in vitro were also studied . Results The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract of Caragana sinica has the highest antioxidant activity and α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity .Conclusion Caragana sinica has antioxidant activity and α‐glucosidase inhibitory activity .
