砷是一种类金属元素，对人体具有双重作用。人群长期慢性砷暴露可导致一系列疾病。此外，砷化合物不仅对急性早幼粒细胞白血病具有明显疗效，其抗癌效应也在许多实体肿瘤治疗中体现。近期研究表明，砷暴露和砷治疗肿瘤过程中均有自噬发生。因此，回顾砷诱导细胞自噬分子机制的研究进展，为砷暴露致癌及其疾病治疗的研究提供线索。

Arsenite , as a type of metal element , has a dual role to humans . Long‐term and chronic exposure to arsenite is associated with a series of diseases . In addition , Arsenite has obviously curative effects on treating not only acute myelocytic leukemia , but also many other solid tumors . Recently , many researches have showed that autophagy occurs in tumor formation and therapies by arsenite . Therefore , it is necessary to review the advance in the molecular mechanism of arsenite‐induced autophagy .
