C反应蛋白（ CRP）、降钙素原（ PCT）、中性粒细胞CD64被发现以来，在来源及生物学特性方面经过了一系列研究探索，检测方法经历了一系列的发展更新，已有很多关于它们的临床应用价值的报道。这3个指标有相似之处，也有各自特点，PCT 和 CD64在某些疾病中的临床价值更优于CRP。该文就CRP、PCT和CD64的生物学特性、检测方法及在儿科临床的应用作一综述，为儿科临床提供更多有价值的参考信息。

Since C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and neutrophil CD64 were found,a series of studies have been done to explore their sources and biological characteristics , and their detection methods have also experienced a series of updates.There have been a lot of reports about their clinical appli-cations.These three indicators have similarities,but also have their own characteristics.The clinical values of PCT and CD64 are better than CRP in some areas.Here is to make a review of the biological characteristics , testing methods and clinical applications of CRP,PCT and C64 in pediatrics,in order to provide more valuable reference for clinical practice in pediatrics.
