近年来,随着生物技术及组织工程学的发展,生物补片给人类的组织再生修复带来曙光,已在多个领域得到广泛且较好的应用。生物补片以天然真皮基质为基础采取脱细胞处理措施最终形成三维支架结构,这种“支架”所具有的空间诱导及组织替代功能对缺损修复至关重要。此外,因引起宿主免疫排斥反应成分的去除,所产生的良好组织相容性也是生物补片独特的优势。因其具有人工合成补片所不具备的各种优良特性,已成为各学科领域研究的热点。

In recent years,with the quick development of biological technology and tissue engineering , the biological mesh,as the emergence of a kind of wound dressing materials,brings the dawn to tissue repair and regeneration,which is widely used in various fields with good effect.The biological mesh is formed by the natural dermal matrix acellular scaffolds structure ,and the spatial inductive and tissue replacing function of scaffolds are vital to repairing tissue defects.Moreover,the good histocompatibility due to the removal of all the ingredients which can lead to the host immune rejection is a unique advantage of biological mesh .Because it has a variety of excellent features that synthetic patch does not have,it has become a hot area of various research disciplines.
