大量研究表明长期紫外线照射可引起皮肤光老化，如何预防光老化成为当前研究热点，特别是植物活性成分抗皮肤光老化机制的研究越来越受到国内外学者的关注。三七总皂苷是从天然植物三七花中提取的活性成分之一，其在心血管系统、中枢神经系统、泌尿系统、血液系统等方面具有明显的药理作用，近年来研究表明三七总皂苷还具有抗皮肤光老化的作用，现就其抗皮肤光老化作用机制做一综述。

Numerous studies have shown that long-term ultraviolet light exposure can cause skin aging,and how to prevent photoaging become a hotspot. Especially the mechanisms of anti-skin photoaging of active ingredient in plants were explored by more and more scholars. Panax notoginseng saponins ( PNS) is one of the active ingredients extracted from buds of notoginseng? PNS has significant pharmacological effects in the cardiovascular system,central nervous system, urinary system and hematological system. Recent studies also have shown that Panax notoginseng saponins can prevent skin photoaging. The anti-skin photoaging mechanisms of PNS are reviewed in this paper.
