基于某款发动机正时罩盖辐射噪声问题,通过对发动机整机进行有限元分析,并结合试验测试结果,找到了理论分析与实际测试的契合点;同时通过对物体本身模态频率的理论分析,找到了解决此问题的方法;最终通过发动机及整车的NVH试验,对改善方案进行了验证,辐射噪声分别降低9 dBA和8 dBA。

To reduce th e radiated noise from the timing cover of an gasoline engine, a finite element analysis of the whole engine was conducted according to the results of actual NVH test of the vehicle to locate the noise source-engine timing cover. Then mode frequency of the cover was analyzed and the solution to the problem was developed. Validated by NVH test, the solution can reduce the radiated noise of the engine and vehicle by 9 dBA and 8 dBA respectively.
