为探讨变压器采购的经济性，以220 kV 电力变压器为研究对象，在对国内主流生产厂家进行大量调研后，确定了变压器的成本构成要素，并以多种典型配置的部件占总成本百分比的算术平均值作为变压器各部件的成本敏感度，分析了国产和合资厂家变压器成本敏感度的异同。通过与传统的容量增长定律法对比，采用多重回归分析方法，在确定电压等级、容量、噪声和短路阻抗的前提下，通过输入空、负载损耗，得出材料用量，从而建立了220 kV 变压器成本估算模型，可指导电网物资采购靶心价格的确定和评价。

In order to discuss economy of purchasing transformers,taking 220 kV electric transformer for research object, cost constitution elements of the transformer were confirmed. Arithmetic mean value of percentages of components of sever-al typical configuration from the total cost was regarded as cost sensitivity of various components of the transformer for ana-lyzing similarities and differences of cost sensitivities of domestic and joint venture manufacturers. By comparing with tradi-tional law of capacity growth method,using multiple regression analysis method and on the premise of ensuring voltage lev-el,capacity,noise and short-circuit impedance,material utilization amount was obtained by inputting no-load loss and load loss so as to establish a cost estimation model for 220 kV transformer which was useful to guide determination and estimation on purchasing target price of power grid materials.
