针对调度自动化系统一直存在的误遥控风险问题,研发了一种降低远动误遥控风险的创新技术,即在远动规约中创建一组新的应用服务数据单元(application service data unit,ASDU)遥控类型,并在遥控报文中增加设备编码项,使遥控命令的判别由单一因子变成双因子,有效防止了由于遥控点错误引起的误遥控发生。介绍了新的 ASDU 类型结构和创新技术的防误遥控机制。

Aiming at problem of potential mistake remote control risk in dispatching automation system,a kind of innovated technology for reducing mistake remote control risk was developed which was to set up a group of new application service da-ta unit(ASDU)telecontrol type in telecontrol protocol and add equipment coding item in telecontrol message so as to trans-form single distinguish factor into double one for the telecontrol order and effectively prevent mistake remote control caused by wrong telecontrol point. New ASDU type structure and mechanism for mistake-proof of remote control of the innovated technology was introduced.
