目的:了解实习护生对老年人态度及老年知识掌握情况,为相关教学医院开展针对性实习护生老年护理知识培训提供借鉴与依据。方法2015年1月,采用整群抽样法,抽取某三级甲等医院2014级分别来自全国18所高等医学院校护理专业实习生231名。采用实习护生一般情况量表、护生对老年人的态度量表及中文版 Palmore 老年知识量表(Facts on Aging Quiz, FAQ)对实习护生老年人态度及老年知识掌握情况进行调查。结果本组实习护生老年人态度得分(41.58±4.48)分,大专护生对老年人态度得分高于本科护生(P<0.05)。本组实习护生老年知识掌握情况正确率(46.88±11.71)%,不同学历、是否独生子女及是否有和老年人(>60岁)一起居住经历的实习护生老年知识掌握情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实习护生对老年人持较积极态度,但老年人知识掌握情况有待提高,相关教学医院应开展针对性的老年护理知识培训。

Objective To understand nursing students’ attitude toward old people and their geriatric knowledge and to provide reference and basis for geriatrics nursing training. Methods With cluster sampling, 231 nursing students were investigated by general information questionnaire, Kogan ’ Attitudes toward Old People Scale, Facts on Aging Quiz (FAQ). ResuIts The score of nursing students’ attitude toward old people was 41.58±4.48 and the score of college nursing students was higher than that of nursing undergraduates (P<0.05). The correct rate of geriatric knowledge of nursing students was (46.88 ±11.71)%. Nursing students with different educational background, whether the only child or not and whether living with old people aged over 60 or not showed no statistical difference on geriatric knowledge (P>0.05). ConcIusion Nursing students hold positive attitude toward old people but it is necessary to improve their geriatric knowledge thus geriatrics nursing training should be provided by teaching hospitals.
