风险管理的研究在各个领域都引起了人们的重视，尤其在外军的训练活动中也得到了普遍采用。借鉴外军管理经验，笔者创新性将风险管理法用于基层部队的卫勤保障，根据笔者所在部队历年训练伤病员资料的回顾性分析，筛查训练伤相关的风险因素，通过制定风险矩阵表来预防训练伤的发生。实践证明，基于风险管理方法的卫勤干预措施对来预防训练伤或意外情况的发生有一定作用，值得进一步研究应用。

The study of risk management have attracted people's attention in various fields especially in foreign military training activity. From foreign military management experience ,authors innovatively applied risk management method to grassroots forces for medical support. According to the retrospective analysis of training injury data of author's troop in recent years ,by screening training injury-related risk factors ,through the development of risk matrix table prevented training injuries occur. Practice has proved that health service interventions based on risk management methods can prevent training injuries or accidents from happening , which is worthy of further research applications.
