对纤维增强改性聚氨酯泡沫的研究情况进行了综述，概述了玻璃纤维、碳纤维、天然纤维及纤维／粒子混杂增强对聚氨酯泡沫增强改性的研究进展。并对本领域未来改性的研究方向作简单探讨。指出应大力开发更多种类的增强材料如纤维／粒子混杂改性以及天然纤维增强改性等，制备出综合性能更加优异的聚氨酯泡沫，使其应用领域不断扩大。

Researches of fiber reinforced Polyurethane (PUR) foams were reviewed and research progress of fibers such as glass fiber,carbon fiber and natural fiber,fiber/particle hybrid modified PUR foams were concluded. And the future research directions of this field were discussed briefly. It was pointed out that more kinds of reinforced materials such as fiber/particle hybrid modified and natural fibers reinforced should vigorously be developed,so polyurethane foam with more excellent comprehensive performance were prepared to make its application field expanding unceasingly.
