为提升变电站安全运行保障能力,需要对变电站设备区域,尤其是高压危险区域内出现的移动目标进行视频图像自动检测识别,并及时告警事件可能发生或正在进行,以阻止事件的发生或产生更严重的后果。采用改进混合高斯背景模型和自适应跟踪算法,加入目标预定位和行为识别等功能,设计出一种智能监控系统,该系统能快速、准确地对目标区域进行监控,当目标进入危险区域或禁止区域时能及时通知监控人员,并且在人员出现晕倒情况时及时预警,防止事件的进一步恶化。在实验仿真中,验证了该智能监控系统的性能。

In order to promote guarantee capability for safe operation of the substation,it is required to carry on video image (VI)automatic detection identification on moving target in substation equipment areas especially high voltage dangerous are-as,and give an alarm on the event probably going to be happen or going on so as to stop happening of the event or more seri-ous consequences. Improved hybrid Gaussian background model and self-adaptive tracking algorithm was used and functions of target predicted positioning and behavior identification were added for designing a kind of intelligent monitoring system. This system could rapidly and correctly realize monitoring on the target area and when the target entered into dangerous are-as or forbidden areas,it was able to inform the monitoring staff in time via the system and carry out timely prewarning if the staff fell in a faint so as to prevent further deterioration. Experimental simulation verified performance of this intelligent monitoring system.
