综述了环氧树脂复合材料摩擦学性能研究的前沿进展,从无机润滑填料、纳米填料、纤维、有机填料的单一填充以及无机/无机、有机/无机、纤维/填料复合填充等方面阐述了环氧树脂复合材料中填充不同填料改性对其摩擦磨损性能的影响。复合填充多种填料可提高环氧树脂复合材料的耐磨损性能,降低其摩擦系数,使环氧树脂复合材料具有更优异的摩擦学性能。
綜述瞭環氧樹脂複閤材料摩抆學性能研究的前沿進展,從無機潤滑填料、納米填料、纖維、有機填料的單一填充以及無機/無機、有機/無機、纖維/填料複閤填充等方麵闡述瞭環氧樹脂複閤材料中填充不同填料改性對其摩抆磨損性能的影響。複閤填充多種填料可提高環氧樹脂複閤材料的耐磨損性能,降低其摩抆繫數,使環氧樹脂複閤材料具有更優異的摩抆學性能。

The research progress of tribological properties of epoxy composites were reviewed. The filling effects of the single and multi-component fillers,including inorganic lubricants, nano materials,fibers and organics,on friction and wear properties of epoxy composites were summarized and evaluated. A right combination of fillers can be expected to improve the wear resistance and decrease the frictional coefficient of the epoxy resin to make epoxy resin composites having excellent tribological properties.
