采用双螺杆熔融挤出的方法制备玻璃纤维增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)共混物。研究了PBT与PET不同比例对PBT/PET共混物性能的影响。在此基础上,研究了成核剂及不同种类的增韧剂对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂对提高共混物的相容性及热变形温度有重要作用,乙烯–甲基丙烯酸甲酯–丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物型增韧剂(AX8900)质量分数为0.5%时,不影响共混物的耐热性及拉伸和弯曲强度,而且可以大大提高PBT/PET共混物的冲击强度。
採用雙螺桿鎔融擠齣的方法製備玻璃纖維增彊聚對苯二甲痠丁二酯(PBT)/聚對苯二甲痠乙二酯(PET)共混物。研究瞭PBT與PET不同比例對PBT/PET共混物性能的影響。在此基礎上,研究瞭成覈劑及不同種類的增韌劑對共混物性能的影響。結果錶明,成覈劑對提高共混物的相容性及熱變形溫度有重要作用,乙烯–甲基丙烯痠甲酯–丙烯痠縮水甘油酯三元共聚物型增韌劑(AX8900)質量分數為0.5%時,不影響共混物的耐熱性及拉伸和彎麯彊度,而且可以大大提高PBT/PET共混物的遲擊彊度。

A glass fiber reinforced PBT/PET compound was prepared by melting blend method using a double screw extruder. The effects of the ratio of PBT and PET on properties of the blends were investigated. Further more,the effects of the nucleating and toughening agent on PBT/PET compound were also investigated. The results show that the nucleating agent could obviously enhance the compatibility and heat distortion temperature of PBT/PET blends. With a 0.5% addition,the AX8900 toughening agent could obviously heighten the charpy impact strength of the alloy material with no obvious depression on the tensile and bending strength and heat distortion temperature of the blends prepared thus.
