注塑机料筒温度的精确控制是注塑制品成型质量的保障。模糊PID控制虽然有效提高了控制精度,但存在规则库依赖于塑料种类、料筒结构,人为确定困难。针对该问题,提出了一种规则自组织模糊PID控制方法,可对模糊控制规则自适应在线修正。试验结果表明,该方法与模糊PID相比,喷嘴温度超调从2.6℃减小到0.9℃,稳态偏差从±0.5℃减小到±0.4℃。

Good control of the cylinder temperature is essential to ensure satisfactory quality of the injection molding products. Though traditional fuzzy PID controller improves the control accuracy,it’s hard to set up fuzzy rule base which is dependent on the types of plastic and structure of the cylinder. To solve this problem, an self-organizing algorithm to adjust fuzzy regulations online was used. Comparing with fuzzy PID control algorithm,experimental results demonstrate that this method improves the nozzle temperature overshoot from±2.6℃to 0.9℃and steady-state deviation from±0.5℃to±0.4℃.
