以膨化石墨(EG)作为导电填充物,加入相容剂,采用熔融共混方法制备了聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯晴–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)共混物,研究了EG以及破碎后的膨化石墨(TEG)的添加量对PC/ABS共混物的形貌、电阻率、拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度以及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,EG经过研磨、超声破碎后颗粒更小,在基体中分布得更均匀,与基体的相容性更好。TEG对PC/ABS共混物的导电能力、拉伸强度、冲击强度的提升更加明显,添加了TEG的PC/ABS共混物的热稳定性得到了较大提升。

Expanded graphite (EG) acted as conductive filler,PC/ABS blend was prepared with compatibilizer by melt blending method. EG was milled and ultrasonicated to prepare treated expanded graphite (TEG). The effect of EG and TEG addition on morphology,resistivity,tensile strength, impact strength and thermal stability were investigated. The results show that the particle size of TEG is smaller after mill and sonification. TEG has better compatibility and dispersibility in the composite matrix. The conductivity,tensile strength,impact strength and thermal stability are significantly improved by the addition of TEG.
