目的:探讨传统养生功法八段锦对疗养期内海勤官兵心血管功能的影响。方法来院疗养的海勤人员110人,随机分为基础体能组和八段锦组,每组55人,各组的运动时间为60 min/次,运动频度为5次/w。另选取同期来院疗养的普通疗养员20人作为对照组,不参与任何形式的锻炼。比较试验前后受试疗养员的心血管和身体素质指标的变化。结果对照组试验前后心脏功能、血管功能和身体素质指标均无显著性差异。基础体能组和八段锦组试验后心脏功能、血管功能和身体素质指标均较试验前显著改善(P<0.05);相较于基础体能组而言,八段锦组试验后的心脏功能、血管功能和身体素质指标改善显著(P<0.05)。结论基础体能训练和传统养生功法八段锦练习均对海勤官兵心血管功能产生了积极影响。加练八段锦对改善海勤官兵心血管功能的效果更明显。

목적:탐토전통양생공법팔단금대요양기내해근관병심혈관공능적영향。방법래원요양적해근인원110인,수궤분위기출체능조화팔단금조,매조55인,각조적운동시간위60 min/차,운동빈도위5차/w。령선취동기래원요양적보통요양원20인작위대조조,불삼여임하형식적단련。비교시험전후수시요양원적심혈관화신체소질지표적변화。결과대조조시험전후심장공능、혈관공능화신체소질지표균무현저성차이。기출체능조화팔단금조시험후심장공능、혈관공능화신체소질지표균교시험전현저개선(P<0.05);상교우기출체능조이언,팔단금조시험후적심장공능、혈관공능화신체소질지표개선현저(P<0.05)。결론기출체능훈련화전통양생공법팔단금연습균대해근관병심혈관공능산생료적겁영향。가련팔단금대개선해근관병심혈관공능적효과경명현。
Objective To explore the effects of eight-sectioned exercise on cardiovascular function and physique of navy soldiers. Methods The 110 navy soldiers recuperated in author's sanatorium were randomly assigned to two groups:basic physical fitness training group (n=55) and basic physical fitness training plus eight-sectioned exercise training group (n=55);both groups exercised five times a week,and 60 minutes for each time. Another 20 soldiers who did not participate in any form of physical exercises were assigned as the control group. The parameters of cardiovascular function and physique 4 weeks before and after exercises were determined and compared among three groups. Results The cardiovascular and physique index of control group had no significant changes before and after trial. Compared with control group,both trial groups had significant high in SV,CI,VPE,AC and low in HR,MSP,MDP,TR after 4 week's training,as well as significant better physique index (P<0.05). Moreover,the basic physical fitness training plus eight-sectioned exercise training group achieved superior index of cardiovascular function and physigue compared with basic physical fitness training group (P<0.05). Conclusion Physical fitness training and eight-sectioned exercise all has a positive impact on navy soldiers in cardiovascular function and physique. On the basis of physical fitness training plus eight-sectioned exercise can created significantly better effect on improving the cardiovascular function and physique.
