在分析塑料件成型工艺的基础上,为保障电脑主机箱挡板的表面质量,采用了侧浇口浇注系统;为提高生产效率及经济效益,采用了一模四腔结构;为了提高模具的寿命,降低模具的加工成本及加工难度,采用了镶拼式模具结构。此外,为了使本模具的设计更加科学合理,运用PRO/E的优化功能,大大提高了设计的科学性和合理性。
在分析塑料件成型工藝的基礎上,為保障電腦主機箱擋闆的錶麵質量,採用瞭側澆口澆註繫統;為提高生產效率及經濟效益,採用瞭一模四腔結構;為瞭提高模具的壽命,降低模具的加工成本及加工難度,採用瞭鑲拼式模具結構。此外,為瞭使本模具的設計更加科學閤理,運用PRO/E的優化功能,大大提高瞭設計的科學性和閤理性。

Based on the analysis of plastic molding process,to ensure the surface quality of plate of omputer host box, the side of the gate runner system was adopted. In order to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit, a mold four cavity structure was used. In order to improve die life,reduce processing costs and mould processing difficulty, the inlaying mould structure was adopted. In addition,in order to make the mold design more scientific and reasonable,the optimization function of PRO/E was used,the design of science and rationality was greatly improved .
