目的:为了提高对儿童髓母细胞瘤影像诊断的准确率,本文主要探讨儿童髓母细胞瘤的 CT 及 MRI 影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析了62例儿童髓母细胞瘤的 CT 及 MRI 影像资料。其中男43例、女19例,年龄2~18岁。62例均进行了 MR 扫描,51例又进行了 CT 扫描。62例全部经手术、病理证实。结果:62例髓母细胞瘤中56例位于小脑蚓部,6例位于小脑半球,其中18例累及四脑室侧孔区;47%的病例肿瘤中发现钙化;MR 扫描8例呈等 T1等 T2信号,54例呈长 T1长 T2信号,61例呈不同程度的不均匀强化。影像报告诊断准确率为60%。结论:儿童髓母细胞瘤有其典型的好发部位及特征性影像表现,掌握其影像学特点及鉴别诊断要点,可以提高影像诊断的准确率,降低误诊率。
目的:為瞭提高對兒童髓母細胞瘤影像診斷的準確率,本文主要探討兒童髓母細胞瘤的 CT 及 MRI 影像學錶現。方法:迴顧性分析瞭62例兒童髓母細胞瘤的 CT 及 MRI 影像資料。其中男43例、女19例,年齡2~18歲。62例均進行瞭 MR 掃描,51例又進行瞭 CT 掃描。62例全部經手術、病理證實。結果:62例髓母細胞瘤中56例位于小腦蚓部,6例位于小腦半毬,其中18例纍及四腦室側孔區;47%的病例腫瘤中髮現鈣化;MR 掃描8例呈等 T1等 T2信號,54例呈長 T1長 T2信號,61例呈不同程度的不均勻彊化。影像報告診斷準確率為60%。結論:兒童髓母細胞瘤有其典型的好髮部位及特徵性影像錶現,掌握其影像學特點及鑒彆診斷要點,可以提高影像診斷的準確率,降低誤診率。

Objective:To analyze imaging features of medulloblastoma in children,in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods:Imaging findings of 62 children with pathologically proved medulloblastoma were retrospectively stud-ied.The patients included 43 boys and 19 girls,with onset age ranging from 2 to 18 years old.All 62 patients underwent pre- and post-contrast MRI studies.Moreover,51 patients underwent CT scan.Results:Among 62 cases with melulloblas-toma,56 lesions located at the cerebellar vermis,and the other 6 lesions were in the cerebellar hemisphere.About 47% of le-sions had calcification.Eight cases showed iso-intensity on both T1 and T2 weighted image.Other 54 cases showed hypo-in-tensity on T1 weighted image and hyper-intensity on T2 weighted image.61 lesions showed heterogeneous enhancement with different degree of intensity.The rate of correct diagnosis with MRI was 60%.Conclusions:Medulloblastoma in children has typical location and imaging features.Being familiar with imaging findings of medulloblastoma may help to improve imaging diagnostic accuracy.
