目的:探讨卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的 MR 动态增强扫描(DCE)与扩散加权成像(DWI)表现特征,提高其正确诊断率。方法:回顾性分析经病理检查证实的30例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的 MRI 影像资料,分析肿瘤的 MRI 表现,尤其是DCE 及 DWI 特征。结果:30例肿瘤 MRI 平扫 T1 WI 呈等或稍低信号,T2 WI 呈等或稍高信号,T2 WI 抑脂序列呈高信号;所有病例 DWI 均呈高-稍高信号,ADC 值范围为(1.182±0.65)×10-3 mm2/s;动态增强扫描中24例病灶为 I 型曲线,6例为 II 型曲线;所有病灶第一分钟强化率为86.64%~87.99%,与正常卵巢对比,两者之间差异有统计学意义。结论:卵泡膜细胞瘤具有一定的 MRI 表现特征,结合 DCE 及 DWI 的特征能对诊断提供很大帮助。

목적:탐토란소란포막세포류적 MR 동태증강소묘(DCE)여확산가권성상(DWI)표현특정,제고기정학진단솔。방법:회고성분석경병리검사증실적30례란소란포막세포류적 MRI 영상자료,분석종류적 MRI 표현,우기시DCE 급 DWI 특정。결과:30례종류 MRI 평소 T1 WI 정등혹초저신호,T2 WI 정등혹초고신호,T2 WI 억지서렬정고신호;소유병례 DWI 균정고-초고신호,ADC 치범위위(1.182±0.65)×10-3 mm2/s;동태증강소묘중24례병조위 I 형곡선,6례위 II 형곡선;소유병조제일분종강화솔위86.64%~87.99%,여정상란소대비,량자지간차이유통계학의의。결론:란포막세포류구유일정적 MRI 표현특정,결합 DCE 급 DWI 적특정능대진단제공흔대방조。
Objective:To investigate dynamic contrast enhanced (DCE)MRI and diffusion weighted MR imaging (DWI)characteristics of ovarian thecoma,so as to improve the rate of correct diagnosis.Methods:The MR image data of 30 patients with pathologically proved ovarian thecoma were analyzed retrospectively and the MRI manifestations especially the DCE and DWI features of tumor were analyzed.Results:In 30 cases of the tumor,MRI plain scan showed isointensity or hy-pointensity on T1 WI,isointensity or hyperintensity on T2 WI,hyperintensity on fat-suppressed T2 WI,and hyperintensity or slight hyperintensity on diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)in all cases,and the range of ADC value was (1.182±0.65)× 10 -3 mm2/s.24 lesions showed type Ⅰ curve in DCE scanning and 6 lesions showed type Ⅱ curve.The enhancement rate in the first minute in all lesions was 86.64 ~ 87.99%,which had statistic difference when it was compared with normal oyaries.Conclusion:MRI manifestations of ovarian thecoma have certain characteristics,the diagnosis accuracy of MRI can be improved when MRI combined with DCE and DWI features.
