设计了一种全固态六角晶格卤化银光子晶体光纤,光纤由 AgBr 基底和 AgCl 低折射率介质柱构成。运用全矢量有限元法研究了光子晶体光纤包层层数、占空比和晶格常数等结构参数对光纤有效折射率、损耗以及色散等传输特性的影响。经过参数优化,当包层层数为6,占空比为0.455,晶格常数为110μm 时,卤化银光子晶体光纤在10.6μm 处的泄露损耗仅为0.0195 dB /km,同时在4~14.5μm 中红外波段,色散值在0.3~0.7 ps/(nm·km)之间波动,展示出了极为优良的近零超平坦色散特性和低损耗特性。

All-solid silver halide photonic crystal fibers(PCFs)are designed,which are composed of two silver halide crystalline materials.The core consists of pure AgBr and the cladding includes AgCl fiber optic elements arranged in hexagonal rings around the core.The influence of structure parameters such as the number of the cladding layer,the lattice constant and the duty cycle on the transmission characteristics such as the loss and dispersion properties of PCFs is analyzed with the full-vector finite element method(FEM).When the number of the cladding layer is 6,the duty cycle is 0.455 and the lattice constant is 1 1 0 μm,the leakage loss of the PCFs is only 0.01 95 dB/km at 1 0.6μm,and fiber dispersion uctuates between 0.3 ps/(nm·km)and 0.7 ps/(nm·km)in the 4 -1 4.5 μm middle in-frared band.A very good near zero ultra-flattened dispersion and low loss characteristics are demonstrated.
