目的：探讨2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者静息心率与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法纳入本院内分泌科和心血管科收治的146例2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者，根据静息心率（RHR ）进行四分位法分组，分别为N1组（47～67次／分，34例），N2组（68～72次／分，35例），N3组（73～77次／分，41例），N4组（78～98次／分，36例），观察四组间临床资料及冠状动脉造影检查结果，分析静息心率与冠状动脉病变的相关性。结果代谢综合征患者静息心率与冠状动脉病变程度之间有正相关。结论在2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者中，静息心率与冠状动脉病变关系明确。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병합병대사종합정환자정식심솔여관상동맥병변적상관성。방법납입본원내분비과화심혈관과수치적146례2형당뇨병합병대사종합정환자，근거정식심솔（RHR ）진행사분위법분조，분별위N1조（47～67차／분，34례），N2조（68～72차／분，35례），N3조（73～77차／분，41례），N4조（78～98차／분，36례），관찰사조간림상자료급관상동맥조영검사결과，분석정식심솔여관상동맥병변적상관성。결과대사종합정환자정식심솔여관상동맥병변정도지간유정상관。결론재2형당뇨병합병대사종합정환자중，정식심솔여관상동맥병변관계명학。
Objective To investigate the correlation between resting heart rate (RHR) and coronary artery disease of patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods 146 patients with T2DM and MS were divided into four groups ac-cording to quartile of RHR:RHR47_67bpm (n=34 );RHR68_72bpm (n=35 );RHR73_77bpm (n=41 );RHR78_98bpm (n=36 ).The Clinical data and the results of selective coronary angiography for each group were observed ,then the relationship between RHR and coronary artery disease was investigated.Results There was a relationship between RHR and coronary artery disease in MS.Con-clusions The relationship between RHR and coronary artery disease in patients with T2DM and MS is definite.
