目的:观察宫颈癌组织中高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB-1)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测70例份宫颈癌组织(宫颈癌组)、70例份宫颈癌癌旁组织(癌旁组)、正常宫颈组织20例份(正常组) HMGB-1、PCNA,并分析两指标间及其与宫颈癌临床病理参数的关系。结果宫颈癌组、癌旁组、正常组HMGB-1阳性率分别为95.7%(67/70)、22.9%(16/70)、5.0%(1/20),两两比较,P均<0.05;PC-NA阳性率分别为90.0%(63/70)、65.0%(45/70)、45.0%(9/20),两两比较,P均<0.05。 HMGB-1表达与宫颈癌肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关,PCNA表达与宫颈癌肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P均<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中PCNA与HMGB-1表达呈正相关(r=6.82,P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中HMGB-1、PCNA表达均升高,检测两指标有助于宫颈癌的预后评估。

목적:관찰궁경암조직중고천이솔족단백B1(HMGB-1)、증식세포핵항원(PCNA)적표체변화,병탐토기의의。방법채용면역조화법검측70례빈궁경암조직(궁경암조)、70례빈궁경암암방조직(암방조)、정상궁경조직20례빈(정상조) HMGB-1、PCNA,병분석량지표간급기여궁경암림상병리삼수적관계。결과궁경암조、암방조、정상조HMGB-1양성솔분별위95.7%(67/70)、22.9%(16/70)、5.0%(1/20),량량비교,P균<0.05;PC-NA양성솔분별위90.0%(63/70)、65.0%(45/70)、45.0%(9/20),량량비교,P균<0.05。 HMGB-1표체여궁경암종류분화정도、림파결전이、TNM분기유관,PCNA표체여궁경암종류분화정도、침윤심도、림파결전이、TNM분기유관(P균<0.05)。궁경암조직중PCNA여HMGB-1표체정정상관(r=6.82,P<0.05)。결론궁경암조직중HMGB-1、PCNA표체균승고,검측량지표유조우궁경암적예후평고。
Objective To observe the expression changes of high-mobility group box 1 ( HMGB-1 ) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen ( PCNA) in the cervical carcinoma tissues and to investigate the significance.Methods The expres-sion of HMGB-1 and PCNA in the cervical carcinoma tissues ( cervical carcinoma group, 70 cases) , para-carcinoma tissues ( para-carcinoma group, 70 cases) and normal cervical tissues ( normal group, 20 cases) was detected by using immuno-histochemica1 method.The relationships between PCNA and HMGB-1 and their correlations with the clinical pathologic pa-rameters of cervical carcinoma were analyzed.Results The positive rates of HMGB-1 in the cervical carcinoma group, para-carcinoma group and normal group were 95.7%(67/70), 22.9%(16/70) and 5.0%(1/20), respectively; and there were significant differences between each two groups (all P<0.05).The positive rates of PCNA in the cervical carci-noma group,para-carcinoma group and normal group were 90.0%(63/70) , 65.0%(45/70) and 45.0%(9/20), respec-tively;and there were also significant differences between each two groups (all P<0.05).The expression of HMGB-1 was related with the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage;and the expression of PCNA was re-lated with the degree of tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (all P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between PCNA and HMGB-1 (r=6.82, P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of HMGB-1 and PCNA in the cervical carcinoma tissues is significantly increased.The combined detection of HMGB-1 and PCNA may act as an indicator to determine the prognosis of patients with cervical carcinoma.
