目的：了解中医医师系列在高层次医学人才培养中的相关研究进展。方法采用文献检索和文献计量方法，通过中国期刊全文数据库（ CNKI ）、维普全文数据库（ VIP ）对近年来国内外与高层次医学人才培养有关的研究文献进行分析。结果对检索下载的与高层次医学人才培养有关的477篇文献，剔除重复和提取中医特色后，筛选出53篇具有较大参考价值的相关文献。结论目前我国关于高层次医学人才培养的研究以定性分析为主，而定量分析中体现中医人才培养的研究较少，说明构建高层次中医人才培养评价体系的研究具有较大创新性和意义。
목적：료해중의의사계렬재고층차의학인재배양중적상관연구진전。방법채용문헌검색화문헌계량방법，통과중국기간전문수거고（ CNKI ）、유보전문수거고（ VIP ）대근년래국내외여고층차의학인재배양유관적연구문헌진행분석。결과대검색하재적여고층차의학인재배양유관적477편문헌，척제중복화제취중의특색후，사선출53편구유교대삼고개치적상관문헌。결론목전아국관우고층차의학인재배양적연구이정성분석위주，이정량분석중체현중의인재배양적연구교소，설명구건고층차중의인재배양평개체계적연구구유교대창신성화의의。
Objective:To learn about the research related to the series trainings for the Chinese medicine physician in high-level medical talent training,summarize and study the recent development. Method:The authors analyze the re-searching literature relating to high-level medical talents covered in CNKI and VIP both home and abroad in recent years with the methods of literature retrieval and literature metrology. Result:477 pieces of literature relevant with high-level medical talent training were downloaded. After eliminating the repetitive pieces and extracting the ones with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,the authors select 53 pieces of great reference value. Conclusion:Currently,the study on high-level medical talents falls mainly into qualitative analysis,while there is less study in quantitative analysis covering the training of talents of traditional Chinese medicine. Thus,the study on the evaluating system of the training for high-level talents of traditional Chinese medicine is of great innovation and significance.
