从易于批量生产的角度设计了一款高精度超声波热量表。热量表处理器选用低功耗CPU芯片MSP430F4371,时间测量芯片选用了高精度的TDC GP21,配合超声波换能器测量水的流速,配合 Pt1000测量入水口和出水口的水温。基表设计为 U型方案,此外系统留有红外通信接口和 M-BUS接口两种通信方式。测试结果表明,热量表通过批量生产依然可以保持较低的功耗,具有较高的精确度和良好的稳定性。

From the angle of easy to mass production,the high precision ultrasonic heat meter is designed.The heat meter MCU selects the low-power chip of MSP430F4371,the chip of time measurement chooses TDC-GP21 with high precision,which combined with ultra-sonic transducer to measure the water flow,and while combined with Pt1000 to measure the inlet and outlet water temperature.The bas-ic meter is designed as U programmer,in addition,the system has two kinds of communication method such as infrared communication interface and M_BUS interface.The experimental results show that the heat meter has lower power consumption,high accuracy and good stability.
