为研究柠条锦鸡儿凋落物对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,采用恒温培养法研究了不同质量浓度凋落物提取液对其种子萌发各项指标和幼苗生长中根系活力、细胞膜透性以及抗氧化酶活性等的影响。结果表明:柠条锦鸡儿凋落物提取液对其自身种子萌发有一定的抑制作用,并且质量浓度越高抑制作用越明显。当提取液质量浓度为0.05 g/mL时,种子萌发各指标与空白对照均无显著差异(P>0.05);当提取液质量浓度高于0.05 g/mL时,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长随提取液质量浓度的增加急剧降低(P<0.05),并且柠条锦鸡儿凋落物提取液延长了种子发芽时间,但对幼苗鲜质量和干质量的影响不显著(P>0.05);高质量浓度(0.30 g/mL)柠条锦鸡儿凋落物提取液致使种子失活。统计和相关性分析表明,叶片丙二醛含量和细胞膜透性与提取液质量浓度均呈极显著的线性正相关(P<0.001),叶绿素含量、根系活力、保护性酶(POD、SOD、CAT)和非保护性酶(PPO、PAL)活性与提取液质量浓度均呈极显著的线性负相关(P<0.001)。综上,柠条锦鸡儿凋落物提取液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长有一定程度的自毒作用。

위연구저조금계인조락물대기충자맹발화유묘생장적영향,채용항온배양법연구료불동질량농도조락물제취액대기충자맹발각항지표화유묘생장중근계활력、세포막투성이급항양화매활성등적영향。결과표명:저조금계인조락물제취액대기자신충자맹발유일정적억제작용,병차질량농도월고억제작용월명현。당제취액질량농도위0.05 g/mL시,충자맹발각지표여공백대조균무현저차이(P>0.05);당제취액질량농도고우0.05 g/mL시,충자발아솔、발아세、발아지수、배근장수제취액질량농도적증가급극강저(P<0.05),병차저조금계인조락물제취액연장료충자발아시간,단대유묘선질량화간질량적영향불현저(P>0.05);고질량농도(0.30 g/mL)저조금계인조락물제취액치사충자실활。통계화상관성분석표명,협편병이철함량화세포막투성여제취액질량농도균정겁현저적선성정상관(P<0.001),협록소함량、근계활력、보호성매(POD、SOD、CAT)화비보호성매(PPO、PAL)활성여제취액질량농도균정겁현저적선성부상관(P<0.001)。종상,저조금계인조락물제취액대기충자맹발화유묘생장유일정정도적자독작용。
In order to study the effects of Caragana korshinskii litter aqueous extract on its seed germina-tion and seedling growth,the selected indexes of seed germination and seedling growth of C. korshinskii were measured under treatments of its litter aqueous extracts from 0 . 05 to 0 . 30 g/mL with incubation method. The results showed that the indexes of seed germination and seedling growth were significantly in-hibited by the higher C. korshinskii litter aqueous extract. When the concentration of aqueous extract was 0. 05 g/mL,the indexes of seed germination suffered no significant influence compared with CK ( P >0. 05). Seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,and radicle length were sharply reduced when the concentration of aqueous extract was higher than 0. 05 g/mL(P<0. 05). At the same time,the seed germination time was delayed,but the seedling fresh weight and dry weight did not be af-fected significantly(P >0. 05). The higher concentration of C. korshinskii litter aqueous extract(0. 30 g/mL) led to the seed deactivation. Correlation analysis showed that the content of malondialdehyde and membrane permeability had a significant linear positive correlation with the aqueous extract concentration (P<0. 001). The content of chlorophyll, root activity(TTC),the activity of protective enzyme(POD, SOD,CAT) and non-protective enzyme(PPO,PAL) had a significant linear negative correlation with aqueous extract concentration ( P <0 . 001 ) . Comprehensive analysis indicated that the aqueous extract from the litter of C. korshinskii had autotoxicity on its seed germination and seedling growth.
