To solve the problems of more medical consultations and shortage of hospital beds,Suizhou Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College took various methods of trusteeship,merger,transfer and new construction. And the re-sult is the realization of the management mode of“one hospital with multiple branches”. The authors analyze and summa-rize the advantages of“one hospital with multiple branches”and the problems in the management and find out a set of ef-fective ways to solve the problems.
