分析了云南植烟土壤养分含量、土壤微生物数量、烟叶品质之间的内在联系,进而探索土壤养分含量、微生物数量对烟叶品质的影响,以期为植烟土壤合理施肥及烟叶品质的提高提供理论依据。结果表明,土壤养分含量对烟叶品质有直接效应,烟叶中的钾主要来源于土壤钾素,土壤中的氮素含量对烟叶总植物碱含量、总氮含量、浓度、刺激性有显著影响。土壤微生物主要通过对土壤养分的转化利用间接影响烟叶品质,土壤放线菌数量与土壤全氮含量、速效钾含量及烟叶钾离子含量、烟叶燃烧性呈显著或极显著正相关,与烟叶氯离子含量、刺激性、余味呈显著或极显著负相关;土壤细菌数量与土壤有机质含量、烟叶总糖含量呈显著正相关,与烟叶刺激性呈显著负相关。这表明放线菌对土壤中全氮、速效钾的转化、利用及植株吸收有明显促进作用,有利于提高烟叶的燃烧性;细菌对土壤有机质的分解有促进作用,可降低烟叶刺激性。
分析瞭雲南植煙土壤養分含量、土壤微生物數量、煙葉品質之間的內在聯繫,進而探索土壤養分含量、微生物數量對煙葉品質的影響,以期為植煙土壤閤理施肥及煙葉品質的提高提供理論依據。結果錶明,土壤養分含量對煙葉品質有直接效應,煙葉中的鉀主要來源于土壤鉀素,土壤中的氮素含量對煙葉總植物堿含量、總氮含量、濃度、刺激性有顯著影響。土壤微生物主要通過對土壤養分的轉化利用間接影響煙葉品質,土壤放線菌數量與土壤全氮含量、速效鉀含量及煙葉鉀離子含量、煙葉燃燒性呈顯著或極顯著正相關,與煙葉氯離子含量、刺激性、餘味呈顯著或極顯著負相關;土壤細菌數量與土壤有機質含量、煙葉總糖含量呈顯著正相關,與煙葉刺激性呈顯著負相關。這錶明放線菌對土壤中全氮、速效鉀的轉化、利用及植株吸收有明顯促進作用,有利于提高煙葉的燃燒性;細菌對土壤有機質的分解有促進作用,可降低煙葉刺激性。

Relationships among tobacco-growing soil nutrient content,microbe number and tobacco quality were studied in Yunnan,so as to explore the effect of soil nutrient content and microbe number on the quality of tobacco,finally provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilization and tobacco quality improve-ment. The results showed that soil nutrient content had a direct effect on tobacco quality. Soil potassium was the main source of tobacco potassium. Nitrogen in soil strongly influenced tobacco leaf nicotine con-tent,total nitrogen content,concentration and irritation. However,tobacco quality was indirectly affected by the microbes through transformation of soil nutrient. The number of actinomycetes in soil significantly or extremely significant positively correlated with total nitrogen content,available potassium content in soil, potassium content and combustibility of tobacco leaf,but significantly or extremely significantly negatively correlated with chloride content,irritation and aftertaste of tobacco leaf. The correlations between bacteria number in soil and organic matter in soil,total sugar of tobacco leaf were significantly positive,but signifi-cantly negative with irritation of tobacco leaf. It could be concluded that actinomycetes improved soil nitro-gen and potassium transformation,usage,plant absorption,and were good at promoting tobacco combus-tion;bacteria promoted decomposing of organic matter in soil,and reduced tobacco irritation.
