目的：探讨如何在基层医院开展胸腔镜手术。方法：回顾性分析56例胸腔镜手术资料，总结在基层医院开展胸腔镜手术的可行性及如何制定合理的学习曲线。结果：56例胸腔镜手术均顺利完成，有2例出现围术期并发症，并发症发生率为3．57％，无死亡病例。结论：只要制定合理的学习曲线，在基层医院开展胸腔镜手术切实可行。

Objective:To summarize the experience of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in local hospital.Methods:Retrospective analysis was per-formed in 56 patients undergone video-assisted thoracoscope surgery,and the experience was summarized for determination of the feasibility and rational learning curve for the surgeons in this technique application.Results:Video-assisted thoracoscope surgery was successful in 56 patients.Preoperative com-plications occurred in 2 cases(3.57%),no death occurred.Conclusion:Applying the video-assisted thoracoscope surgery appears possible in local hospi-tal on rational learning curve basis.
