目的：探讨生存素（ survivin）蛋白在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（ DLBCL）中的表达及其与细胞增殖及凋亡的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学的方法，对48例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（ DLBCL）和10例淋巴结反应性增生（ RHL）组织中生存素蛋白、caspase-3、ki-67的表达进行检测，分析生存素蛋白表达与caspase-3及ki-67增殖指数的关系。结果：生存素蛋白在10例RHL中均无表达，48例DLBCL中的阳性表达率为79．2％（38／48），其在DLBCL中的阳性表达率明显高于在RHL中的表达（P＜0．05）；caspase-3在48例DLBCL和10例RHL中的阳性表达率分别为50％（24／48）和80％（8／10）（P＞0．05），两者无明显差别。生存素蛋白阳性表达的DLBCL中ki-67增殖指数（80．66±11．04）％明显高于阴性表达组（62．00±6．32）％（P＜0．05）；生存素蛋白表达与caspase-3无明显相关（P＜0．05）。结论：生存素蛋白在DLBCL中表达较高，survivin可能通过促进肿瘤细胞的增殖，从而在DLBCL的发生发展中起到重要的作用。

목적：탐토생존소（ survivin）단백재미만성대B세포림파류（ DLBCL）중적표체급기여세포증식급조망적관계。방법：채용면역조직화학적방법，대48례미만성대B세포림파류（ DLBCL）화10례림파결반응성증생（ RHL）조직중생존소단백、caspase-3、ki-67적표체진행검측，분석생존소단백표체여caspase-3급ki-67증식지수적관계。결과：생존소단백재10례RHL중균무표체，48례DLBCL중적양성표체솔위79．2％（38／48），기재DLBCL중적양성표체솔명현고우재RHL중적표체（P＜0．05）；caspase-3재48례DLBCL화10례RHL중적양성표체솔분별위50％（24／48）화80％（8／10）（P＞0．05），량자무명현차별。생존소단백양성표체적DLBCL중ki-67증식지수（80．66±11．04）％명현고우음성표체조（62．00±6．32）％（P＜0．05）；생존소단백표체여caspase-3무명현상관（P＜0．05）。결론：생존소단백재DLBCL중표체교고，survivin가능통과촉진종류세포적증식，종이재DLBCL적발생발전중기도중요적작용。
Objective:To investigate the expression of survivin protein in diffuse large B cell lymphoma ( DLBCL and its relationship with tumor cell apop-tosis and proliferation.Methods:Immunohistostaining was performed to detect the expression of survivin,caspase-3 and ki-67 in the samples from 48 DL-BCL patients and 10 with reactive hyperplasia of lymph node ( RHL) ,and the proliferation index was analyzed between survivin protein expression and tumor cell apoptosis and tumor cell proliferation.Results:Survivin expression was free in the tissues of RHL,whereas accounted for 79.2% (38/48) in DLBCL (P<0.05).The expression of caspase-3 in DLBCL and RHL were 50%(24/48) and 80%(8/10),respectively.The difference was not signifi-cant(P>0.05).Positive survivin expression was 50%(24/48) in the 48 DLBCL cases and 80%(8/10) in the 10 RHL(P>0.05),and the proliferation index for ki-67 was significantly higher than that in survivin protein negative cases(80.66 ±11.04 vs.62.00 ±6.32)(P<0.05).Survivin expression was not associate with caspase-3 expression in DLBCL(P>0.05).Conclusion:Higher expression of survivin protein in DLBCL may lead to tumor cell prolif-eration and function a lot in the development of DLBCL.
