从城市污水处理所产生的剩余污泥中提取蛋白质是污泥资源化的方法之一。本文主要利用单一热解、单一酸解及酸和热解偶合法提取蛋白质,并对其提取效果进行探讨。试验表明:单一热解和酸解法可提取部分剩余污泥中的蛋白质,但是效果不理想。而采用酸和热解耦合,在pH=1,温度保持在110℃,处理时间6h条件下,蛋白质提取效率可达61.59%。

Extracting protein from residual sludge which was generated from city sewage treatment is one of the methods of sludge resources. This paper mainly uses the single heat treatment, single acid solution, acid and heat treatment coupling to extract protein from residual sludge, and then discusses the result of protein extraction. The test indicates that the single heat treatment and acid treatment can extract part of protein from sludge, but the result is not ideal. While the method of coupling the acid treatment and heat treatment together can achieve nearly 61.59% extraction rate of protein, under the condition of pH is 1,temperature is maintained at 110℃ and the processing time is 6 hours.
