针对牛仔布的退浆洗水分步进行的工艺问题,选用靛蓝牛仔布做实验材料,采用漆酶-淀粉酶复配体系对牛仔布进行退浆、洗水一浴法整理,并研究了漆酶浓度、pH值、温度、防染粉浓度等对牛仔布洗水整理效果的影响,获得漆酶-淀粉酶复配体系牛仔布退洗一体化整理的最佳工艺,即固定淀粉酶浓度为1g/l,漆酶浓度为0.5g/L,洗水温度为54℃,pH值为5.0,防染粉浓度为0.75g/l,处理时间为30min。并经扫描电镜观察发现,经过漆酶-淀粉酶退洗处理后的牛仔布纤维表面光滑,含有较少的染料颗粒,退浆及仿旧效果较好,为今后的牛仔布水洗后整理工艺提供必要的参考价值。
針對牛仔佈的退漿洗水分步進行的工藝問題,選用靛藍牛仔佈做實驗材料,採用漆酶-澱粉酶複配體繫對牛仔佈進行退漿、洗水一浴法整理,併研究瞭漆酶濃度、pH值、溫度、防染粉濃度等對牛仔佈洗水整理效果的影響,穫得漆酶-澱粉酶複配體繫牛仔佈退洗一體化整理的最佳工藝,即固定澱粉酶濃度為1g/l,漆酶濃度為0.5g/L,洗水溫度為54℃,pH值為5.0,防染粉濃度為0.75g/l,處理時間為30min。併經掃描電鏡觀察髮現,經過漆酶-澱粉酶退洗處理後的牛仔佈纖維錶麵光滑,含有較少的染料顆粒,退漿及倣舊效果較好,為今後的牛仔佈水洗後整理工藝提供必要的參攷價值。

For washing denim desizing step-wise process issues, the laccase-amylase compound system was used to the denim finishing with one bath method of desizing and washing in the paper. The influence of the laccase concentration, pH value, temperature and concentration of reverse salt on denim washing was investigated. The optimal technique of the enzyme complex system was obtained with the fixed amylase concentration of 1g/l, laccase concentration of 0.5g/L, washing temperature of 54℃, pH value of 5.0, reverse salt concentration of 0.75g/l, the reactive time was 30min. In comparison with unprocessed denim, the fiber surface of processed denim by enzyme complex system was smooth and some particles of dye were found by scanning electron microscopic. And this research will provide the necessary reference for future washed denim after finishing process.
