通过非共价修饰法制备出壳聚糖修饰的碳纳米管复合材料,并原位吸附还原Ag+得到CNT-CS-Ag复合材料,再将该材料固载在棉布上,用于催化还原对硝基苯酚。通过SEM、TEM研究了CNT-CS-Ag、棉布固载的CN-CS-Ag复合材料的形貌特征。经催化性能研究发现,经5次浸泡得到的棉布固载CNT-CS-Ag催化剂的催化活性最佳,棉布固载后的催化剂具有较好的循环利用性能。

In this paper, Carbon nanotube/chitosan composites were prepared by non-covalent modification method. Silver ions were absorbed to this composites and in situ reduced by hydroxide radical and amino group dispersed on chitosan, and then carbon nanotube/chitosan/silver composites (CNT-CS-Ag) were prepared. After dipping cotton cloth into CNT-CS-Ag solution, the CNT-CS-Ag can be adhered on cotton cloth, and cotton cloth modified with CNT-CS-Ag composites were obtained. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and high solution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) were used to characterize the structure and morphology of these materials. 4-nitrophenol were reduced to 4-aminophenol by sodium borohydride solution, which were used to determine the catalytic performance of the composites. According to our study, cotton cloth modified with CNT-CS-Ag composites has a high catalytic performance for conversion 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminopheno. In order to get higher catalytic activity, dipping cotton cloth into CNT-CS-Ag solution five times. The recycling performance of cotton cloth modified with CNT-CS-Ag composites is much better than CNT-CS-Ag powder.
