采用HCOOH/H2O2体系对天然橡胶胶乳进行环氧化,并将其用NaHSO3开环后制备天然橡胶离聚体。将制备的环氧化天然橡胶与天然橡胶离聚体按不同比例进行共混,复合制备INR/ENR天然橡胶复合材料,探讨环氧化天然橡胶/天然橡胶离聚体不同共混配比对复合材料力学性能的影响。复合材料的微结构及玻璃化转变温度分别由IR、DSC进行了表征。

In this thesis, natural rubber latex was epoxided in the system of HCOOH/H2O2and obtained epoxidized natural rubber (ENR). Sulfonated nature rubber ionomer (INR) were prepared by opening the epoxy rubber with NaHSO3. ENR and INR were blended according to different ratio and INR/ENR nanocomposites were prepared. Effects of blended ratio of ENR/INR on mechanical properties of composites were discussed. The structure and Tg of composites were characterized by IR and DSC.
