非饱和土广泛分布且非饱和土强度问题日益凸显,而非饱和土力学有关强度理论尚未统一和成熟。非饱和土的抗剪强度是非饱和土土力学的重要组成部分,其强度指标是工程中重要的设计参数。利用 TKA 非饱和土直剪测试系统对非饱和重塑高液限黏土分别进行脱湿等吸力直剪试验以及吸湿等吸力直剪试验。试验研究表明,非饱和土的抗剪强度随吸力增大而呈非线性增长;提出了简单且适合工程应用的抗剪强度公式;对于同一吸力,土处在脱湿状态的抗剪强度大于其处在吸湿状态下的抗剪强度。

Unsaturated soil is widely distributed and its strength problems are becoming increasingly prominent ,but the strength related theories of unsaturated soil mechanics have not been unified and developed .The shear strength of unsatu-rated soils is an important part of unsaturated soil mechanics ,its strength indexes are important design parameters in the engineering .Here ,two kinds of direct shear tests corresponding to the drying and wetting process of unsaturated high liq-uid clay ,namely drying shear strength test and wetting shear strength test ,were carried out respectively with TKA unsat-urated soil test system .The results showed that the shear strength presented a nonlinear growth along with the suction , according to which a simple and practical formula for unsaturated shear strength was put forward .Besides ,the drying shear strength was bigger than the wetting shear strength under the same suction strength .
