以叔胺化合物为活性染料的固色催化剂,以达到活性染料对纤维素纤维的低盐、低碱染色目的。研究催化剂的用量、催化剂对染料的改性工艺、染色工艺条件等因素对棉织物染色深度的影响。研究结果表明:叔胺型催化剂对活性染色具有较明显的催化作用,催化剂对染料的改性工艺及其用量对织物的得色深度影响较大;催化染色能明显降低染色用盐、用碱量。染料经7%(o.m.d.)的固色催化剂在50℃×20min的条件下改性后,可减少盐、碱用量30%且染色织物的得色深度不降低。

A tertiary amine compound is employed as fixation catalyst of reactive dyes for the low-salt & low-soda dyeing purpose of cellulose fiber. The effects that the processing factors on the depth of dyed fabric are studied, which include the dosage of catalyst, the catalytic modification conditions and dyeing process. The research results show that tertiary amine catalyst has obvious catalytic effects for reactive dyeing. Catalytic modification process and the dosage have significant influences on the depth of dyed fabric. Fixation catalyst dyeing can reduce the dosage of salt and soda by 30% when reactive dyes are modified under the conditions of 50℃×20min with 7% (o.m.d) catalyst, and the depth of the dyed fabric will not be reduced.
