建立模糊综合评价模型对尾矿库安全进行评价,具有重要的现实意义和应用推广价值。通过对尾矿库危险源的辨识选出尾矿库安全评价指标,采用相关分析对初始指标进行筛选,最终确立尾矿库安全评价指标体系,包括8个定量指标和7个定性指标。兼顾主客观赋权优点,采用层次分析和人工神经网络方法计算尾矿库安全评价指标的权重,并采用改进的模糊评价模型计算得到最终的安全评价结果。

In this paper ,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built to assess the safety of tailing ponds ,which is of important practical significance and application value .Through the identification of the sources that caused the dangers , the safety evaluation indexes were selected ,and then screened by means of correlation analysis ,based on which the final safety evaluation index system was established .This system includes 8 quantitative indicators and 7 qualitative indicators . In consideration of the subjective and objective advantages ,the weight of each index is calculated using the method of AHP combined with ANN ,and the final evaluation results are determined by the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model .
