通过上引连续铸造—连续挤压法制备了铜镁、铜锡两种合金接触线。结果表明,镁、锡元素的添加均能显著提高接触线的强度,并保证较高的导电率,镁元素的强化效果更为显著。此外,通过连续挤压扩展变形显著改善了铜镁、铜锡合金接触线的铸态组织,获得超细晶粒。主要原因在于上引铸杆在连续挤压过程中处于高压高温的状态,铸态晶粒完全破碎,动态再结晶发生完全。
通過上引連續鑄造—連續擠壓法製備瞭銅鎂、銅錫兩種閤金接觸線。結果錶明,鎂、錫元素的添加均能顯著提高接觸線的彊度,併保證較高的導電率,鎂元素的彊化效果更為顯著。此外,通過連續擠壓擴展變形顯著改善瞭銅鎂、銅錫閤金接觸線的鑄態組織,穫得超細晶粒。主要原因在于上引鑄桿在連續擠壓過程中處于高壓高溫的狀態,鑄態晶粒完全破碎,動態再結晶髮生完全。

Copper-magnesium and copper-tin alloy contact wires were prepared by the cast-continuous extrusion.The results show that adding magnesium and tin elements could significantly increase the strength of the contact wire and ensure high conductivity performance.Magnesium had a more conspicuous strengthening effect.In addition,the cast microstructure of copper-magnesium and copper-tin alloy contact wires significantly improved by expansion deformation.The ultra-fine grain was obtained in that the cast grain was completely broken and then recrystallized dynamically when the up-cast rod remained in a state of high pressure and high temperature during the process of continuous extrusion.
