目的:探讨不同健康教育方式对社区已婚妇女宫颈癌相关知识和健康行为的影响。方法:选取深圳市福田区社区已婚妇女610人及在本区域登记的新婚妇女326人,共936人作为研究对象,将社区已婚妇女随机分为对照组278人和干预1组332人,新婚妇女326人作为干预2组,干预1组采用传统的健康教育方式,干预2组采用网络健康教育方式,干预时间为3个月,比较不同组别干预前后宫颈癌、HPV 相关知识和宫颈癌防治相关健康行为得分情况。结果:干预后各组宫颈癌、HPV 相关知识及宫颈癌防治相关健康行为得分均高于干预前,干预1、2组各项得分均高于对照组,干预2组各项得分均高于干预1组。结论:网络健康教育和传统的健康教育均可收到较好的健康教育效果,但对于具备上网的条件者采用网络健康教育效果更好。

목적:탐토불동건강교육방식대사구이혼부녀궁경암상관지식화건강행위적영향。방법:선취심수시복전구사구이혼부녀610인급재본구역등기적신혼부녀326인,공936인작위연구대상,장사구이혼부녀수궤분위대조조278인화간예1조332인,신혼부녀326인작위간예2조,간예1조채용전통적건강교육방식,간예2조채용망락건강교육방식,간예시간위3개월,비교불동조별간예전후궁경암、HPV 상관지식화궁경암방치상관건강행위득분정황。결과:간예후각조궁경암、HPV 상관지식급궁경암방치상관건강행위득분균고우간예전,간예1、2조각항득분균고우대조조,간예2조각항득분균고우간예1조。결론:망락건강교육화전통적건강교육균가수도교호적건강교육효과,단대우구비상망적조건자채용망락건강교육효과경호。
Objective To explore the effect of health education in the different ways for cervical cancer related knowledge and health behavior health of community married women. Methods 610 case married women and 326 case young married women in Shenzhen Futian district community were selected, the community married women were randomly divided into control group(278 case) and intervention group 1(332 case), young married women as intervention group 2(326 case). Intervention group 1 using traditional way of health education and intervention group 2 used in a network of health education, intervention for 3 months time. Compare the score of cervical cancer and HPV related knowledge and cervical cancer prevention health behavior in different groups before and after the intervention. Results After intervention,the score of cervical cancer and HPV related knowledge and cervical cancer prevention health behavior in each groups were higher than before intervention, The scores of intervention group 1and Intervention group 2 were higher than control group, The score of intervention group 2 were higher than intervention group 1. Conclusion Traditional education and network health education all can receive the good effects. But net-work health education have better effect if the people is familiar to basic network knowledge.
