目的：探讨HO－1在矽肺患者肺纤维化发生发展中的作用。方法采用双抗体一步夹心Elisa实验法统一检测60例不同期别矽肺患者及60例健康对照者血清中HO－1的水平。结果 HO－1在矽肺Ⅰ期患者血清中的表达水平显著高于正常对照组，而随着矽肺期别增加，其表达水平下降，但仍显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．05）。结论 HO－1在矽肺患者肺纤维化发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
목적：탐토HO－1재석폐환자폐섬유화발생발전중적작용。방법채용쌍항체일보협심Elisa실험법통일검측60례불동기별석폐환자급60례건강대조자혈청중HO－1적수평。결과 HO－1재석폐Ⅰ기환자혈청중적표체수평현저고우정상대조조，이수착석폐기별증가，기표체수평하강，단잉현저고우정상대조조（P＜0．05）。결론 HO－1재석폐환자폐섬유화발생、발전과정중기중요작용。
Objective To examine the expression and clinical significance of serum HO-1 in patients with asbestosis. Methods Serum HO-1 was detected in 60 patients with asbestosis and 60 controls using double-antibody sandwich ELISA method. Results The expression level of silicosis 1 stage patients’ blood serum HO-1 was significantly higher than normal control group, and its expression level goes down as the silicosis-stages increased,but it was still obviously higher than normal control group. Conclusion HO-1 play an important effect in the occurrence and development process of pulmonary fibrosis in the patients with silicosis.
