目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗难治性产后出血的临床应用价值。方法：将我院2011年1月到2014年12月收治的128例难治性产后出血患者平均分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗，对照组采用宫腔纱布填塞治疗，最后对比两组患者的临床疗效及并发症。结果：观察组患者的术中出血量、总出血量均明显少于对照组，止血成功率明显高于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术治疗难治性产后出血的效果良好、创伤小、临床应用价值高。
목적：탐토자궁동맥전새술치료난치성산후출혈적림상응용개치。방법：장아원2011년1월도2014년12월수치적128례난치성산후출혈환자평균분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조채용자궁동맥전새술치료，대조조채용궁강사포전새치료，최후대비량조환자적림상료효급병발증。결과：관찰조환자적술중출혈량、총출혈량균명현소우대조조，지혈성공솔명현고우대조조，병발증발생솔현저저우대조조。결론：자궁동맥전새술치료난치성산후출혈적효과량호、창상소、림상응용개치고。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of refrac-tory postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 128 patients who got medical treatment in our hospital from 2011 January to 2014 December were divided two groups, patients in observation group were cured with uterine artery embolization, while patients in control group were treated with hysterectomy. Compare the clinical value and complication of these two groups after the end of treatment. Results Peri-operative bleeding amount and total bleeding amount of observation group were significantly less than control group, the success rate of hemostasis was significantly higher than control group, complication rate was significantly lower than control group. Conclusions Uterine artery embolization had good effects, small trauma and high application value in treating patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage.
