目的：：对比分析在数字胃肠机下分别行碘油和碘佛醇子宫输卵管造影( hysterosalpingography,HSG)的优缺点及临床应用价值。方法：随机抽取我院2010年1月至2014年8月在数字胃肠机下分别使用碘油和碘佛醇行子宫输卵管造影的患者各400例,统计对比分析两种造影剂在影像质量、诊断结果、安全性、腹痛发生率、逆流及省时方便等方面的差异性。结果：两种造影剂在影像质量、诊断结果方面无明显差异(P>0.05),而安全性、腹痛发生率、逆流及省时方便方面,碘佛醇明显优于碘化油(P<0.05)。结论：非离子型水溶性造影剂碘佛醇更安全、副作用更少,患者更少痛苦且省时方便,值得推广应用。
목적：：대비분석재수자위장궤하분별행전유화전불순자궁수란관조영( hysterosalpingography,HSG)적우결점급림상응용개치。방법：수궤추취아원2010년1월지2014년8월재수자위장궤하분별사용전유화전불순행자궁수란관조영적환자각400례,통계대비분석량충조영제재영상질량、진단결과、안전성、복통발생솔、역류급성시방편등방면적차이성。결과：량충조영제재영상질량、진단결과방면무명현차이(P>0.05),이안전성、복통발생솔、역류급성시방편방면,전불순명현우우전화유(P<0.05)。결론：비리자형수용성조영제전불순경안전、부작용경소,환자경소통고차성시방편,치득추엄응용。
Objective:To compare the advantage and disadvantage of hysterosalpingography ( HSG) with the iodized oil and io-versol under the digital gastrointestinal machine,and evaluate the clinical practice value. Methods:400 random samples are respectively taken from the patients in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2014 using iodized oil and ioversol in HSG under the digital gastro-intestinal machine. Then statistically analyze and compare the differences between the two contrast agents in image quality,diagnostic result,security,incidence of abdominal pain,countercurrent,convenience and timesaving. Results:The two contrast agents have no obvi-ous differences in image quality and diagnostic result (P>0. 05),but ioversol is obviously better than iodized oil in security,incidence of abdominal pain,countercurrent,convenience and timesaving (P<0. 05). Conclusion:With few side effects,the non-ionic water solu-ble contrast agent ioversol is safer,more convenient and timesaving but less painful for patients. Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application.
