目的：比较米索前列醇和期待疗法对不全流产的临床疗效。方法：将99例 B 超确诊为不全流产的患者随机分为试验组50例和对照组49例，试验组患者给予米索前列醇片400μg 舌下含服，对照组只进行临床观察。结果：试验组和对照组完全流产率分别为87.50%和84.78%，出血时间、腹痛时间和妊娠囊排出时间两组均无明显差异；两组满意度组间比较差异无统计学意义，但完全流产患者的满意度高于非完全流产患者；所有患者入组时的心理创伤程度相当，至研究结束两组 GHQ 评分组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论：米索前列醇和期待疗法治疗不全流产效果相当，临床上可根据需要选择。
목적：비교미색전렬순화기대요법대불전유산적림상료효。방법：장99례 B 초학진위불전유산적환자수궤분위시험조50례화대조조49례，시험조환자급여미색전렬순편400μg 설하함복，대조조지진행림상관찰。결과：시험조화대조조완전유산솔분별위87.50%화84.78%，출혈시간、복통시간화임신낭배출시간량조균무명현차이；량조만의도조간비교차이무통계학의의，단완전유산환자적만의도고우비완전유산환자；소유환자입조시적심리창상정도상당，지연구결속량조 GHQ 평분조간비교차이무통계학의의。결론：미색전렬순화기대요법치료불전유산효과상당，림상상가근거수요선택。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of misoprostol and expectant treatment for incomplete abortion. Methods 99 incomplete abortion patients diagnosed by ultrasound were divided into test group (n=50) and control group (n=49) randomly. The test group adminstered sublingual 400μg misoprostol tablets and control group adminstered clinical observations only. Results Complete abortion rates of test group and control group were 87.50% and 84.78% respectively . There was no significantly difference in duration of vaginal bleeding, duration of abdominal pain, time to pass tissue mass and satisfaction be-tween two groups . But satisfaction of complete abortion patients were higher than non-complete abortion patients . All patients got psychological impact at baseline, but there was no significant difference between two groups in GHQ scores at last. Conclu-sions Quite misoprostol and expectant treatment for incomplete abortion effect, clinical on can choose according to need.
