目的：对97例A、B期原发性肝癌（ PLC）患者中医证候分布特点进行归纳总结，为分期辨证论治 PLC 进行初步探讨。方法通过让97例 PLC 患者填写《原发性肝癌的中医证候调查问卷》进行统计，应用 SPSS 17．0软件进行证候、症状分布统计，并初步探索证候分布与相关理化指标的对应关系。结果A、B期 PLC 单一证候以脾虚证（41．9％）、气滞证（23．2％）及湿热证（22．3％）为主，2种单一证候构成的复合证以脾虚＋湿热证（24．7％）、气滞＋脾虚证（20．6％）为主，3种单一证候构成的复合证以气滞＋脾虚＋湿热证为主，其症状评分及丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ ALT）、血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）数值均高于脾虚＋湿热证、气滞＋脾虚证。结论 A、B 期 PLC 以复合证候多见，形成以脾虚为本虚，气滞与湿热为邪实的基本病机，随着邪实的加剧，病情进一步加重。
目的：對97例A、B期原髮性肝癌（ PLC）患者中醫證候分佈特點進行歸納總結，為分期辨證論治 PLC 進行初步探討。方法通過讓97例 PLC 患者填寫《原髮性肝癌的中醫證候調查問捲》進行統計，應用 SPSS 17．0軟件進行證候、癥狀分佈統計，併初步探索證候分佈與相關理化指標的對應關繫。結果A、B期 PLC 單一證候以脾虛證（41．9％）、氣滯證（23．2％）及濕熱證（22．3％）為主，2種單一證候構成的複閤證以脾虛＋濕熱證（24．7％）、氣滯＋脾虛證（20．6％）為主，3種單一證候構成的複閤證以氣滯＋脾虛＋濕熱證為主，其癥狀評分及丙氨痠氨基轉移酶（ ALT）、血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）數值均高于脾虛＋濕熱證、氣滯＋脾虛證。結論 A、B 期 PLC 以複閤證候多見，形成以脾虛為本虛，氣滯與濕熱為邪實的基本病機，隨著邪實的加劇，病情進一步加重。
목적：대97례A、B기원발성간암（ PLC）환자중의증후분포특점진행귀납총결，위분기변증론치 PLC 진행초보탐토。방법통과양97례 PLC 환자전사《원발성간암적중의증후조사문권》진행통계，응용 SPSS 17．0연건진행증후、증상분포통계，병초보탐색증후분포여상관이화지표적대응관계。결과A、B기 PLC 단일증후이비허증（41．9％）、기체증（23．2％）급습열증（22．3％）위주，2충단일증후구성적복합증이비허＋습열증（24．7％）、기체＋비허증（20．6％）위주，3충단일증후구성적복합증이기체＋비허＋습열증위주，기증상평분급병안산안기전이매（ ALT）、혈청갑태단백（AFP）수치균고우비허＋습열증、기체＋비허증。결론 A、B 기 PLC 이복합증후다견，형성이비허위본허，기체여습열위사실적기본병궤，수착사실적가극，병정진일보가중。
Objective To summarize the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome on A,B period of primary liver cancer (PLC),for the preliminary study of the stage and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of PLC.Methods The data of <The TCM syndrome of PLC questionnaire >which comple-ted by 97 PLC patients were analyzed.The distributions of syndrome and symptom were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.The correspondence between TCM syndrome distribution and relating physical and chemical indicators were preliminary in -vestigated.Results The type of spleen -deficiency (41.9%), qi -stagnation (23.2%) and damp -heat (22.3%) were the main single syndrome of A ,B period of PLC.The syndrome of spleen -deficiency +damp -heat (24.7%) and qi -stagnation +spleen -deficiency (20.6%) were the main two composites syndrome of A ,B peri-od of PLC.The syndrome of qi -stagnation +spleen -deficiency+damp -heat was the main three composites syn-drome of A,B period of PLC,and its symptom score and the level of ALT ,AFP were higher than those of the spleen -deficiency +damp -heat type and the qi -stagnation + spleen -deficiency type.Conclusio n The composites syndrome was the most frequent type on A ,B period of PLC.The basic pathogenesis takes spleen -deficiency as orig-inal cause,qi -stagnation and damp -heat as pathogenic factors.As the pathogenic factor prevail ,the illness even worse.
