为研究在饲料中添加不同含量的凝结芽孢杆菌对异育银鲫幼鱼生长、免疫功能的影响,选取平均体质量为(17.70±0.07) g的健康异育银鲫幼鱼随机分为4组,3组试验组饲料中分别添加质量分数为0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的凝结芽孢杆菌菌粉(含菌量为5.0×108 CFU/g),对照组饲料中不添加凝结芽孢杆菌。试验结果表明:(1)在饲料中添加0.3%、0.5%凝结芽孢杆菌能够显著提高鱼体的增质量率(WGR)、特定增长率(SGR)(P<0.05),并能够显著降低饵料系数(FCR)(P<0.05)。(2)各试验组的白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)数量和血红蛋白(HGB)浓度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)添加0.5%凝结芽孢杆菌能显著提高碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性及总蛋白质(TP)含量(P<0.05);添加0.3%凝结芽孢杆菌能显著降低碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性(P<0.05);添加0.1%凝结芽孢杆菌能显著降低碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性(P<0.05);添加凝结芽孢杆菌对葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量无显著影响。(4)添加0.3%、0.5%凝结芽孢杆菌能显著提高肝脏的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05),有效抑制丙二醛(MDA)的生成;添加0.1%凝结芽孢杆菌能显著提高肝脏的过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05),对肝脏的抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05),不能抑制丙二醛的生成。可见,饲料中添加0.3%凝结芽孢杆菌可较好地促进异育银鲫幼鱼的生长,提高机体免疫力。

위연구재사료중첨가불동함량적응결아포간균대이육은즉유어생장、면역공능적영향,선취평균체질량위(17.70±0.07) g적건강이육은즉유어수궤분위4조,3조시험조사료중분별첨가질량분수위0.1%、0.3%、0.5%적응결아포간균균분(함균량위5.0×108 CFU/g),대조조사료중불첨가응결아포간균。시험결과표명:(1)재사료중첨가0.3%、0.5%응결아포간균능구현저제고어체적증질량솔(WGR)、특정증장솔(SGR)(P<0.05),병능구현저강저이료계수(FCR)(P<0.05)。(2)각시험조적백세포(WBC)、홍세포(RBC)수량화혈홍단백(HGB)농도균무현저차이(P>0.05)。(3)첨가0.5%응결아포간균능현저제고감성린산매(ALP)、곡초전안매(AST)활성급총단백질(TP)함량(P<0.05);첨가0.3%응결아포간균능현저강저감성린산매(ALP)、곡병전안매(ALT)활성(P<0.05);첨가0.1%응결아포간균능현저강저감성린산매(ALP)활성(P<0.05);첨가응결아포간균대포도당(GLU)、총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)함량무현저영향。(4)첨가0.3%、0.5%응결아포간균능현저제고간장적총항양화능력(T-AOC)급초양화물기화매(SOD)、과양화경매(CAT)활성(P<0.05),유효억제병이철(MDA)적생성;첨가0.1%응결아포간균능현저제고간장적과양화경매활성(P<0.05),대간장적항양화능력、초양화물기화매활성무현저영향(P>0.05),불능억제병이철적생성。가견,사료중첨가0.3%응결아포간균가교호지촉진이육은즉유어적생장,제고궤체면역력。
The effects of different supplement levels of Bacillus coagulans on growth performance and immunity function of juvenile Carassius gibelio were studied in exper-iment. The fish with an initial average body weight of <br> (17. 70±0. 07) g were randomly divided into four groups with 3replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate. The fish in the control group were fed with basal diet, and three experimental groups were fed with basal diet supplemented with B. co-agulans at the dose of 5. 0×108CFU/g (mass fraction levels 0. 1%, 0. 3%, 0. 5%, respectively). The experiment lasted for 45 d. The weight gain rate ( WRG) and specific growth rate ( SGR) of the fish feeding on 0. 3% and 0. 5% B. coagu-lans diets were significantly higher than those of control (P<0. 05), and the feed conversion rate (FCR) was significantly lower than that of control (P<0. 05). The white blood cell count (WBC), red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin con-tent ( HGB) had no significant difference ( P>0. 05 ) among groups. Compared with control, the content of total protein (TP) and the activities of ALP and AST of the fish feeding on 0. 5% B. coagulans diet increased significantly (P<0. 05), the activities of ALP and alanine ALT of the fish feeding 0. 3% B. coagulans diet decreased significantly (P<0. 05), and the activity of ALP of the fish feeding on 0. 1% B. coagulans diet decreased significantly (P<0. 05). The contents of glu-cose, total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG) were not affected by B. coagulans supplementation (P>0. 05). Com-pared with control, the total antioxidant capacity ( T-AOC) and the activities of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and catalase (CAT) were significantly improved in the fish feeding on 0. 3% and 0. 5% B. coagulans diets (P<0. 05), and the accu-mulation of malonaldehyde ( MDA) was effectively inhibited in the two experimental groups. The supplementation of 0. 1%B. coagulans improved liver catalase (CAT) activity (P<0. 05), but did not affect the activities of SOD and T-AOC (P>0. 05), and did not inhibit the generation of MDA. In conclusion, the diet supplemented with 0. 3% B. coagulans can promote the growth of juvenile Carassius auratus gibelio and enhance the immunity function.
