目的：研究 Trigen 髓内钉和动力髋螺钉两种内固定手术治疗股骨转子间骨折并发同侧股骨颈骨折的区别。方法：选取2009年6月至2014年6月5年间来我院进行治疗的股骨转子间骨折并发同侧股骨颈骨折患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为髓内钉组40例和髋螺钉组40例。收集数据并进行统计学分析。结果：髓内钉组术中出血量、术后并发症和术后负重时间均低于髋螺钉组，两组数据比较，差异明显，具有统计学意义。结论：Trigen髓内钉术中情况良好，预后情况以及术后并发症情况均优于动力髋螺钉。
목적：연구 Trigen 수내정화동력관라정량충내고정수술치료고골전자간골절병발동측고골경골절적구별。방법：선취2009년6월지2014년6월5년간래아원진행치료적고골전자간골절병발동측고골경골절환자80례，안조수궤수자표법분위수내정조40례화관라정조40례。수집수거병진행통계학분석。결과：수내정조술중출혈량、술후병발증화술후부중시간균저우관라정조，량조수거비교，차이명현，구유통계학의의。결론：Trigen수내정술중정황량호，예후정황이급술후병발증정황균우우동력관라정。
Objective To study Trigen intramedullary nail and dynamic hip screw fixation surgery two intertrochanteric fractures complicated by the difference between the ipsilateral femoral neck fracture. Methods Selected between June 2009 to June 2014 to five years in our hospital for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in patients with concurrent ipsilateral femoral neck fracture 80 cases, accorded to the random number table is divided into 40 cases of intramedullary nail group and hip screw group 40 cases. Data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Intramedullary nail group blood loss, postoperative com-plications and postoperative weight-bearing time were lower than the hip screw group, the two sets of data, the difference was significant, with statistical significance. Conclusion Trigen intramedullary nail surgery in good condition, prognosis and post-operative complications are superior to DHS.
