目的::监测我院肾内科患者尿路感染病原菌的耐药性,并同文献数据进行比较,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:分析2014年1月至12月我院肾内科患者尿路感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,同文献相关数据进行比较。结果:共检出病原菌247株,其中大肠埃希菌109株占44.13%、粪肠球菌占12.55%、真菌占5.26%。肠杆菌科细菌对青霉素类和多数头孢菌素耐药,对β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复合制剂敏感性好,对阿米卡星、奈替米星、碳青霉烯类高度敏感。肠球菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺高度敏感外,对大多数抗菌药高度耐药。真菌对常用抗真菌药物敏感。研究结果同文献资料存在明显差异。结论:大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌是肾内科尿路感染的主要病原菌,耐药情况严重,同文献资料存在明显差异,各医院应加强针对各科室的实时的细菌耐药监测工作。
目的::鑑測我院腎內科患者尿路感染病原菌的耐藥性,併同文獻數據進行比較,為臨床閤理用藥提供依據。方法:分析2014年1月至12月我院腎內科患者尿路感染病原菌的分佈及耐藥性,同文獻相關數據進行比較。結果:共檢齣病原菌247株,其中大腸埃希菌109株佔44.13%、糞腸毬菌佔12.55%、真菌佔5.26%。腸桿菌科細菌對青黴素類和多數頭孢菌素耐藥,對β-內酰胺酶抑製劑複閤製劑敏感性好,對阿米卡星、奈替米星、碳青黴烯類高度敏感。腸毬菌對萬古黴素和利奈唑胺高度敏感外,對大多數抗菌藥高度耐藥。真菌對常用抗真菌藥物敏感。研究結果同文獻資料存在明顯差異。結論:大腸埃希菌和糞腸毬菌是腎內科尿路感染的主要病原菌,耐藥情況嚴重,同文獻資料存在明顯差異,各醫院應加彊針對各科室的實時的細菌耐藥鑑測工作。
목적::감측아원신내과환자뇨로감염병원균적내약성,병동문헌수거진행비교,위림상합리용약제공의거。방법:분석2014년1월지12월아원신내과환자뇨로감염병원균적분포급내약성,동문헌상관수거진행비교。결과:공검출병원균247주,기중대장애희균109주점44.13%、분장구균점12.55%、진균점5.26%。장간균과세균대청매소류화다수두포균소내약,대β-내선알매억제제복합제제민감성호,대아미잡성、내체미성、탄청매희류고도민감。장구균대만고매소화리내서알고도민감외,대대다수항균약고도내약。진균대상용항진균약물민감。연구결과동문헌자료존재명현차이。결론:대장애희균화분장구균시신내과뇨로감염적주요병원균,내약정황엄중,동문헌자료존재명현차이,각의원응가강침대각과실적실시적세균내약감측공작。
Objective: Monitor the drug resistance of pathogenic bacterium from urinary tract infection in nephrology depart-ment of our hospital. Then compare it with literature data and provide the basis for clinical medication. Methods:Analyze the pathogenic bacterium distribution and antibiotic resistance of urinary tract infection in nephrology department of our hospital from Jan. to Dec. in 2014 and then compare it with literature data. Results:247 strains were detected and 109 for Escherichia coli. Escherichia coli,Entero-coccus faecalis and Fungus were accounted for 44. 13%,12. 55% and 5. 26%,respectively. Enterobacteriaceae species were insensitive to penicillin and the majority of cephalosporin. Enterobacteriaceae species were sensitive to the enzyme inhibitor complex and remained high sensitive to carbapenems,Amikacin and Netilmicin. Most of antibiotics were highly-resistant to Enterococcus except vancomycin and linezolid which were highly sensitive. Fungal were sensitive to common antifungal agents. Our results and literature data have obvi-ous difference. Conclusion:Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis were the main pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection in nephrology department,and the situation of drug resistance were serious. There exist obvious differences compared with literature data. Thus each hospital needs more management in drug resistance surveillance of every department and real-time.
